Provisional starting date: September 2020
Duration: 82/73 working days over 9 months
Qualifications required for the International Consultant:
- Education: Master in Economics or relevant field of study
- Language: Fluent in English
- General professional experience: 7 years of experience as a facilitator and lead trainer on trade-related subject, especially large-group settings
- Specific professional experience : 5 years of experience providing capacity building to developing country governments on trade policy, particularly trade negotiation
- Leadership/management experience: 3 years of experience managing/leading capacity building expert teams on trade-related subjects
- Regional experience: Extensive inter- and intra-ASEAN working experience
- Development Cooperation experience: Previous experience working/collaborating with development agencies
- Other: Experience with development and delivery of distance learning events
Qualifications required for the National Consultant:
- Education: Master in Economics or relevant field of study
- Language: Fluent in English
- General professional experience: Working experience as a facilitator and trainer, especially in large-group settings
- Specific professional experience: 10 years of experience working on trade related subjects, such as economic policy or foreign affairs
- Leadership/management experience: 5 years of working experience on assignments with the public and private sectors
- Regional experience: Good understanding of political and economic context of ASEAN region / Cambodia per previous assignment
- Development Cooperation experience: Previous experience working/collaborating with development agencies
- Other: 5 years of professional experience in writing reports in English
