Trade policies: World Trade Organization and European Union. The course provides the knowledge needed to contribute to the development and application of international trade rules and regulations adopted within the WTO and the EU.

Trade Policies: Trade Agreements and Regional Integration. The course provides the necessary knowledge to better influence and participate in the elaboration, negotiation and implementation of trade agreements as creative trade factors and catalysts of regional integration.

Particularities of trade negotiations. The course examines the role and specific elements of trade negotiations – formats, techniques, types, principles and concepts, strategies and tactics, in order to identify ways to optimize the outcome for all stakeholders at the national, regional and international levels.

Project management for trade capacity building and technical assistance. The course covers all phases of technical assistance project management cycle, including: identification and design of programs and projects, development of terms of reference, technical and financial implementation of projects and programs, running of project management units, evaluation and monitoring.

Customs policies. The course aims to develop a broad understanding of the theoretical, practical, administrative, legal and institutional aspects of customs policy development and implementation in national and international organizations and conventions contexts.

Economics and law of international trade. The course provides the knowledge needed to link economic and legal approaches relevant to the development and implementation of international trade policies and strategies, bridging the gap between economic and legal expertise related to global trade themes.
