Holder of PMP and ITIL certification, Mr Abdelfattah worked for almost 20 years for the World Trade Organization, managing information systems teams and building robust and scalable information systems infrastructure.
He manged various projects and carried out numerous technical cooperation missions to Africa, Latin America and the Middle-East and provided technical expertise and training to representatives of public entities and private businesses worldwide.
His areas of expertise include project management and corporate governance of information technology; customer relation management, project budgeting, control and delivery; IT architecture, networking, virtualization and data protection; risk management and quality assurance.
